Noah Jamal

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Noah Jamal (BSc Hons)

Noah is the visionary leader of Superian Insurance Group. Known for his entrepreneurial flair, strategic foresight, people-centred approach, Noah has been instrumental in the global expansion of the group and group-wide restructuring since 2023. Since founding the business in 2011, Noah has propelled the group forward, steering it through a once regional broker, to a global insurance intermediary, with a footprint throughout UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Prior to founding the Group, Noah had a uniquely different career path as an Emerging Market Credit & CDS sales trader. Noah established the group after a chance encounter having identified a niche in medical malpractice insurance for practitioners and entities. The previous experiences laid a strong foundation for risk management, discipline and work ethic, which has helped shaped the group to what is it today.

Macauley Geddes

Chief Broking Officer & Executive Director

Macauley Geddes Cert CII

Macauley joined the board of directors in 2024 and works closely with the management team in the broking and placement strategies throughout the group. 

Prior to joining with Servca in 2016, Macauley joined the industry at 18, with a work experience placement at Towergate which led to full time employment and a 2 year spell at Arthur J Gallagher, in the wholesale team in Croydon.

He found himself join the London market with Servca whilst the business was in its early days as a Lloyd’s Broker.  Whilst this was a challenging period for Macauley in navigating the Lloyd’s and London Market with a small team, this also opened up unique experiences and exposure.

With unwavering dedication and determination, Mac was promoted to Executive Director and Chief Broking Officer for the group in 2024. 

Mac is still very much involved in day to day broking, where his focus areas being all lines of non-standard Casualty.  Given Mac’s his early exposure to the industry, Mac finds himself well connected in a range of products and programmes with deep market connections 

Outside of work Mac is a sport lover, spending a lot of his time in the gym training for Hyrox, as well as following his pride and joy – Crystal Palace FC.

“We have had some challenging times, being the new entrants to the market with limited connections was tough. Looking back over the 10 years, the year-on-year growth we have had as a business and in the market is something truly special and gives me a real sense of belonging and has shaped me as an individual for life and that in its own makes me grateful to be part of this journey”

Colin Tue

Chief Financial Officer

Colin Tue (BA Hons, CGMA)

Colin joined the board of directors in 2024 and is a CIMA qualified, accomplished, and adaptable CFO with over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles. He leads the group’s entire finance, IBA and accounting functions and is responsible for the group’s regulatory reporting and it’s financial planning and analysis. Since joining the business in September 2024, Colin has brought all the groups finance activities inhouse and helped enrich data held within the group, for enhanced data-driven decision making.

Prior to joining the group Colin gained strong private equity experience with the Jensten Insurance Broking Group playing a key role in their buy and build strategy, which saw them grow to over five times their size in 4 years.  He also gained valuable London Market Wholesale broking experience, whilst at AmWins Global risks, which included overseeing the launch of their MGA, writing over £60M GWP in its first year.

“After initially undertaking some project work with the group, it became apparent that the group had secured some significant new contracts in 2024 and had some extremely exciting growth plans. Launching an MGA, building a specialist regulatory Appointed Representative network and acquiring books of business and broking teams was a journey that I decided to become a part of, as it was a perfect fit for my experience and skill sets”

Dr. Edwin Rajadurai

Chief Commercial Officer & Group Managing Director

Dr. Edwin Rajadurai (MBBS)

Edwin is a stakeholder in Servca alongside the CEO, Noah Jamal, and serves as Managing Director at the board level. He is responsible for the company’s strategy, forecasting, and the development of both staff and placement solutions, ensuring that the group consistently achieves its ambitious growth targets.

Since joining Servca in 2015, Edwin has been instrumental in establishing the Medical Malpractice and Healthcare division, which has become a cornerstone of the firm’s reputation in the market. His leadership has shaped Servca’s international healthcare offering, positioning it as a leading provider of bespoke insurance solutions for medical and healthcare organisations and professionals worldwide.

Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Edwin qualified in medicine in 2011, working across various clinical settings, including his final post in a GP clinic. This medical background allows him to approach challenges with empathy and a deep understanding of client needs, fostering enduring relationships with both colleagues and market partners.

Felix Hardinge

Chief Operations Officer

Felix Hardinge (BA Hons, Int. Dip (GRC))

Felix is an ICA qualified London Market professional with extensive experience in both Lloyd’s and Company Market aspects of operations, compliance and regulation. Felix is experienced in navigating a broad range of operational and regulatory environments, having successfully set up and advised several brokers and MGAs in UK and Europe. Felix is a proactive problem solver, adept at cultivating strong stakeholder buy-in and fostering collaborative relationships. Felix joined Superian in August 2024, having worked prior for Helodrium Ltd, now Stubborn Edge (a specialist Lloyd's ‘turnkey’ broker) as Head of Operations.
