Since our inception in 2013, we have nurtured and developed talent to create highly successful leaders to create subsidiaries that form the cornerstone of our integrated insurance group.
Our success in our businesses leads back to our culture, to empower and create a true sense of belonging. This resonates across our group businesses where we understand that we cannot be all things to all people. However, the clients we indeed serve – we serve them extremely well.

Stratify InsurTech Ltd
As the group shifted to cloud technology in 2019, in 2020 – we could not find a broker-management system (BMS) that had open-API and suited to the Lloyd’s and London Market. We then went on to building our own BMS, ‘Stratify’ – which means to organise, or to organise in layers in Latin. Stratify was spun out into its own business unit in 2023, headed up by our Chief Technology Officer. Stratify will form an ‘all in one’ compliance and BMS platform that brokers globally can utilise as an integrated ‘plug and play’ solution for specialty risk placements, TOBA management and policy and premium reconciliation.
“We’re building the Bloomberg of financial markets with our concept with Stratify. Everyone and every layer will be integrated, saving time, enriching data and improved decision making”
